Rudy’s Kids seeks to identify, partner with and support outstanding charities that directly impact the lives of youth through their generous contributions of time, skill and commitment. Rudy’s Kids aims to raise awareness for these organizations through a variety of programs in education, recreation, community health and community outreach.
Minnesota Timberwolves center, Rudy Gobert, also known to fans as The Stifle Tower, Gobzilla, and The French Rejection established Rudy’s Kids in efforts to protect, promote and empower kids to rise above their life challenges towards their success. Since 2017, Rudy Kids has been dedicated to giving back to core communities around the world through a variety of community programs.
As our future leaders, kids need encouragement to realize they have unlimited potential to achieve greatness. It is the Foundation’s mission to ensure that those with fewer means are granted access to opportunities and resources in health, education, and recreation. Thereby helping our youth transform themselves, influence their families and their communities.

A monthly skill-building class during the season in which youth will learn various skills, such as computer literacy, for free. Rudy joins for an hour-long session and refreshments.
By filling Christmas wish lists, Rudy’s Kids brings holiday happiness to underserved youth each Christmas season.
Select youth organizations and teachers who make a difference in the lives of children they serve select a game to attend. For each of Rudy’s blocked shots, we contribute $1,000 to their classroom or organization.

Rudy’s Kids Foundation and Smith’s Food are teaming up with Salt Lake Education Foundation to open a food pantry at Northwest Middle School. Approximately 86% of the student body are living below the poverty line (including 30 homeless students).
In partnership with Rudy’s Kids, the Northwest Family Center supports 50-70 families weekly with vital resources and community engagement.

From this basketball team to dozens of other groups, Rudy’s Kids helps children see their own potential. It has also helped us fulfill our mission of providing equitable access for our most vulnerable youth to experiences that inspire hope, dreams, and success.
Our son JP has been fighting cancer on and off since 2012. We first met Rudy in 2014 when JP, who was five years old at the time, played in a scrimmage with the Utah Jazz. Rudy lifted him up for a slam dunk and sealed their friendship.
Rudy and I share a vision for change, and I’m honored to have had the privilege of collaborating with Rudy on impactful projects that support children in Utah. Through initiatives like Rudy’s Kids, we aim to make a lasting impact on young lives
